ACES accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Checks, Money Orders.
Does ACES invoice customers?
Net 30 accounts can be set up for agencies upon approval.
What type of payment does ACES accept for international customers?
International orders must be paid for by credit card, international money order, or by check from an American bank (we are unable to process international checks).
What is ACES' Return Policy?
ACES wants all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We will be happy to exchange items that are not to your satisfaction if presented within 30 days of receipt of goods if the product is in as-new condition.
What steps should be taken upon receipt of an order?
Examine all new purchases immediately upon receipt. Note any defects or problems. Contact ACES immediately about any problems/defects noted. ACES will be happy to exchange goods that are defective.
Does ACES charge a Restocking Fee?
Return of large quantities of product and non-defective & custom-made goods are subject to a restocking fee. Contact your ACES representative for details.

ACES endeavors to ship orders within twenty-four hours.

Some products ship directly from our manufacturer in order to save time and additional shipping costs.
